Due diligence
We review business ideas critically, but not dogmatically. We assess them
with sound human understanding, expert knowledge and a thorough grasp of
complex situations. In this task, we can draw on a broad pool of knowledge
and experience from our network. A business idea convinces us if it seeks
a creative solution to a fundamental challenge of the future and is ecologically,
economically and socially sustainable.
Investment
We decide on an investment jointly with the investors. Bridgeworks AG acts
as lead investor and seeks co-investors according to need.
Business development
We actively share in determining the progress of our investments: as managing
director, as business developer, and/or as an active member of the Board
of Directors.
At this stage we contribute our experience, and the knowledge
of our network of specialists, to the new company.
Exit
Our strategic involvement lessens after market entry. At this point, we also
seek a financial exit on the best possible terms.
