Martin Meili – Chairman of the
Board of Directors

Martin
Meili graduated in medicine at Zurich University. He has worked in his own practice
in Zurich, as a general practitioner, since 1989. His special subject is psychosomatic
medicine. With his brothers Marcel and Daniel, he runs Datuma AG, the Meili family
office. In that role, Martin has already founded a number of companies and makes
an active contribution to their strategic development, by serving on their Board
of Directors.
Ruth Mätzler – Member of the Board of Directors

Ruth Mätzler is a psychoanalyst and supervisor. She studied history of art and archeology in Göttingen, Bonn and Rome as well as psychology, sociology and education science at the University of Munich. She has worked in several institutions offering psychological councelling services and has run her own private practice since 1998. In addition she is co-editior of a book series dealing with Kleinian Psychoanalysis. In 2006/2007 she held a lectureship at University of Innsbruck. From 1990-2004 she was a full member of the supervisory board of the German Company Grote & Hartmann GmbH & Co KG (metal-working industry / domestic appliences- and automobile industry components suppliers). On the basis of this experience she coaches employees of different companies in conflict situations.
Daniel Meili – Member of the Board of Directors

Daniel
Meili is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. A graduate of Zurich University, he
was involved from 1993 in setting up “ARUD Zurich” (the Working Party on Low-Risk
Handling of Drugs), which he led as Senior Doctor until 2006. Daniel runs his
own private practice, teaches at a number of colleges, and advises management
teams on conflict situations and development issues. He is a partner in Datuma
AG and has started up various companies in Switzerland and abroad. He supports
these investments actively, by membership of their Board of Directors.
